Admins can configure users directly on the EB360 platform. User are assigned to roles. Roles are defined under the Roles section of the Platforms settings. The following roles are available by default and cannot be modified:
- Basic, every user on the platform has this role, users cannot be removed from this role.

Admin, Admins can be assigned by other admins. They have access to all parts of the platform and are automatically permissioned for most features and functions of the platform. You cannot reduce Admin access to other parts of the system. Note there are a few back end configuration systems which are only available to Ethixbase360 staff like Actions, Automations and branding).
- User defined roles, Admins can add as many additional roles are they choose. This is done via the Roles section of the platform settings.
An example of the roles screen is shown below.
From the list you can edit and delete a role from the action column.
To add a new role click on the 'Add' button in the top left of the screen. You will see the screen below. Roles have the following properties:
- Name, of the role that will be assigned to users
- Description, which is limited to this screen and the list of roles.
Once you have selected the values select submit to save the role or changes to the role.
