Permissions control what users can do on the EB360 platform. Permissions are not directly assigned to individual users - instead, permissions are assigned to roles, and the roles are then assigned to users. For more information about roles, including details of the default platform roles, please see User Roles in EB360.
Admin only
To assign permissions to a role, you must have the 'Admin' role yourself. No other roles have access to the required configuration screens.
Anyone in an admin role can see and make any changes they like. It is not possible to restrict someone's access if they have the Admin role.
What can you restrict with roles and permissions?
The table below details what permissions are available in EB360, what they control, and where you can set them:

For example: Any user in a role that does NOT include this permission will NOT be offered this option. |
