Can I create a 'Viewer only' user in EB360

Overview

It's quite common that admins on the platform want to create users that have very limited write access to the platform.  This article discusses how you can achieve this.

Given you have reviewed the permissions page above the following are suggested for a potential view only role. In all these cases you need to ensure that the 'View only' role is NOT able to do the following:

• Remove Add third party access
• Remove Edit third parties access
• Remove access to Edit selected custom attributes, which might be all of them.
• Remove access to any Manual, Act on all and Act on selected Automations that the role should not be able to do
• Remove access to create and remove user views
• Remove access to export data
• remove access to archive third parties
• remove access to Bulk upload third parties
