Release version EB360 2.4.3

SSO now included with EB360

We are pleased too announce that effective from 2.4.3 of the EB360 platform we support SSO integration into the ethiXbase platform.  It is a subscription feature, so if you are interested please contact your account manage for more details, or [e-mail] if you are not sure who your account manager is.

Release version EB360 2.4.2

Import and Export of Custom Attribute values

Effective from version 2.4.2 when you perform an export of the data via the export function (available in the Third Party list), you will now get all the custom attribute values as exported with the third parties as well.

In addition when you download the import template it dynamically adds the custom attribute fields as columns. This means that as well as all the standard fields you can also import custom data for your third parties during bulk upload. In addition the maximum single bulk upload size has been increased to accommodate larger imports.

There is some level of validation, which means that if a custom attribute value in the spreadsheet is not compatible with the custom attribute type, then the upload will fail and you will be informed.

New Product: Lieferkettengesetz Questionnaire

We are pleased to announce that version 2.4 of the EB360 platform contains a new questionnaire module.

The module provides a comprehensive supply chain risk assessment on the stipulated by the legislation including: human rights impact, environmental risks, security, compliance controls, documentation and more. You will be able to gather results  on these topics from your wider supply chain enabling  compliant reporting in alignment with German legislation.

EB360 White Labelling for the partner program

Effective from version 2.4 we now support our partner program with white labelling functionality for the EB360 platform.  Via this selected colours, logo's and links can be updated by users with appropriate permissions. 

Autofill for the MSQ version 2

From version 2.4 of the EB360 platform ethiXbase can now configure the platform on your behalf in such a way that when MSQ v2 questionnaires are sent out for a second, third, fourth time etc they can be prepopulated with the organisations previous answers.

For example, Joe Bloggs from Acme inc. fills out a MSQ v2 in January 2022, he signs it off and submits it.  His client who uses EB360 to send out the MSQ then sends out another request for submission a year later.  When Joe receives the request it is pre-populated with his previous answers, which he can update, then re-sign for the current year and submit.

Note this feature is turned on or off for the whole platform, and cannot be toggled just for selected suppliers.  Please contact [e-mail] to have this configuration change made to your platform. It is only available for the MSQ V2, as the V3 has changed in away that requires the suppliers to fill it in from the start again.

Modern Slavery Questionnaire V3

From version 2.3 there is a new version of the Modern Slavery questionnaire after an update from our partners Norton Rose Fulbright.  It is available as a new product on the platform, and can be turned on based on discussion with your ethiXbase Account manager.

Sanctions DDQ

We have a new Sanction product available in the ethiXbase EB360 platform.

The Sanction DDQ is a short form questionnaire designed to uncover associated Directors, Shareholders and Owners of a clients Third Parties and determine any uncertainty on possible connect to Russia, Belarus or Ukraine.

Release Date: 14th March 2022

Editable Associates after onboarding

At the point that you onboard a Third party you have the option to add associates (under the associate entries section of the onboarding dialog).  These associates are screened at the time that you run an IDD or IDD+ Due Diligence report along with the third party.

Prior to EB360 2.2 you could not change the associates after the onboarding. From 2.2 onwards they can be changed at a later date by going back into the edit Third party screen.  There are some other considerations when this action is performed.  They are discussed here.
 

Release version EB360 2.1.202202

Release Date: 14th February 2022
Note that the 2.1 release represents a major milestone for EB360, with it replacing the Vanilla EB2.0 platform. For this reason we have updated the major version number, and to disambiguate from EB2.0 we have moved to 2.1.

This is a feature release with new functionality. the following will be available:

Third Party Custom Attributes

From version 2.1 via the platform settings users can configure custom attributes for their third party entities. These will be available throughout the various views and screens and for reporting in future versions.

Improved filtering user experience in the Managed Entities view(s)

As we have added ,more and more products to the platform and with the addition of Custom attributes from version 2.1 the number of properties that we can filter the third party lists on has increased. We have therefore refined.

 

User editable emails templates

From version 2.1 users will be able to update the email templates that are used for various actions within the platform, including the emails that that are sent for the DDQ and DDQ reminders to the suppliers. These will be available under the platform settings.

Other Minor 2.1 Enhancements

The following minor enhancements have also been added:

• 'Created by' is now available in the filter for Managed Third party views
• Extra events are now tracked via the event log to provide enhanced trackability over time of platform changes

Unmodified EB2.0 has been replaced with EB360 

Moving forward when a standard ethiXbase platform is deployed it will be an EB360 environment.
