Associate Entities section of the configure third party dialog

As well as adding the selected entity users can also onboard a number of associates at the same time.  These associates can be Companies or individuals.

Where there has been a company match at the Entity Verification stage there maybe some suggested associates that you can use that have been derived from the global databases.  To do this click the 'Select' tick box in the associates table and it will be added to the associate list.

If the individuals or companies that you want to add are not present, then you can manually add them by adding their name, and the + button if there is more than 1.

These associates also be screened during an IDD and IDD+ report, and any results provided in the report directly.

After the onboarding the associates are listed under the ''Third Party Details page --> Details --> Associates' section.
