When entering a new Entity onto the EB360 platform the system will search global database to see if it can find a match for the entity name you have used.
These are displayed in 2 lists. The (close) matches that are in the same Jurisdiction, or those that have been located globally.
| NOTE that if your entity name is not located if does not mean it we cannot onboard it and run products for it. It just means that as typed the database we use did not locate it. |
If you select one of the matches because it is highly likely to be the entity you are looking for then the entity name and Jurisdiction will be updated for your selection. You can always change these back manually if you choose.
A second benefit of selecting one of the possible entities is that any known associates will be listed in the associate section of the onboarding form.
There is no obligation to select an entity from these lists, We can still onboard a company skipping this step.
Premium Corporate Data
