Entity Details section on the Configure third party screen

The Entity details section of the Configure third party screen on EB360 allows a user to add a new Entity to the platform.  That entity could be a Company or an Individual.

Adding a company

In the case of a company you will need enter their name and where they are based (their jurisdiction).  It is important to out in the full name of the company, including any 'Ltd' 'plc'  and so on as this will help during the Entity Verification stage when the system will help you select the correct company from those located in global databases.

If you want to make use of the APRI product(s) you will also need to enter the URL for that company.  This should be the base page for the site, not a sub page, for example

Adding an individual

In the case of an individual you will need their full name and whether to look for associated companies. Full names are important as it reduces the possible false positives for the products you will use against the entity. 

Duplicate detection

Having entered the name of a company or an individual the platform will scan existing entries to see if something similar has already been onboarded.  In these case a list will be displayed.  If you choose one of these it will take you to that entity rather than on board it again.
