Prior to EB360 2.2 you could not change the associates after onboarding. From 2.2 onwards they can be changed at a later date by going back into the edit Third party screen. There are some other considerations when this action is performed.
To change the associates at some time after the onboarding you need to go into the edit screen for the Third party.
Once on the edit screen you will notice that the Associate section in the top left is editable. You can add new, remove and edit existing associates. To complete your changes click submit in the bottom right.
Invalidating and re-running screening actions
Associates are used as part of the the following Due Diligence reports:
- IDD
- IDD+
If you change the associates these reports must be invalidated as they may now produce a different result. Once you submit the associate changes it will archive any of the above screening. Because the existing reports will have been archived the platform will prompt you whether you want to rerun the Due Diligence reports.
If you do not rerun the screening you can rerun it at any time by going back into the edit dialog and triggering the Screening.
