This page explains how to export a list of EB360 users as an Excel file and outlines the data included in the export. You can use the exported file for a variety of purposes - e.g. integrating with other systems, auditing user access, or generating reports.
You must have 'Administrator' permissions in order to export the user list.
To export the user list:
- Go to Platform Settings > Users.
- Click Export. For example:
- An Excel (.xlsx) file will automatically download to your browser’s default download folder.
If your browser blocks automatic downloads, make sure that downloads and pop-ups are enabled for this site.
Exported File Contents
Each row in the exported file represents one user. The file contains the following columns:
| Column | Description |
| First name | The user’s first name. |
| Last name | The user’s last name. |
| The user’s email address. This also serves as their login. | |
| Job title | The user’s job title, if provided. |
| Country | The user’s country. This will be one of the countries listed in the Countries tab of the spreadsheet. |
| Roles |
A list of the roles assigned to the user. The role names correspond to those listed under Platform Settings > Roles. If a user has multiple roles, they will be | separated, with no spaces, for example: Compliance|Legal |
| Last Login |
Time and date of the user's most recent login. This field is blank if the user has never logged in - for example, new users or those migrated from EB2 who haven’t yet accessed EB360. |
| Status |
Whether the user is active or deactivated in the platform |
