Overview
There may be times when duplicating an existing email notification scheme, and then modifying it, is quicker than creating one from scratch. For example, if you have an existing scheme which notifies a large number of people when IDD+ reports are returned RED, and you want to notify the same people when those reports are remediated.
To duplicate an existing notification scheme:
- In the left-hand navigation pane, go to Platform Settings > Notification Schemes.
- The 'Notification Settings' page is displayed, listing all notification schemes that are present on your platform.
- Locate the notification scheme that you want to duplicate. In the Actions column, click
and select Duplicate:
- The 'Duplicate Notification Scheme Configuration' dialog is displayed. Edit the fields as required. For more information about these fields, please refer to Setting up Notification Schemes.
- Click Duplicate to save your new notification scheme.
