Viewing UBO Screening Results

Once third party owners and beneficiaries have been screened using the IDD or IDD+ services, you have multiple options for viewing the results. This page explains how you can view:

• Screened business owners
• Businesses with screened owners
• In-depth results for the UBOs of a specific third party

To view screened owners

You can use list-based views to see all of the screened UBOs on your platform, and whether they have risk alerts against them.

1. Navigate to the Manage Third Parties list or a list-based user view.
2. Click  to access the column display options.
3. Drag the following columns from the 'Available Columns' list onto the blue 'Selected Columns' area:
   • Third Party Details 
   • Is Screened Beneficial Owner
   • IDD   
   • IDD+  

Do not use the UBO IDD or UBO IDD+ columns, as they will not work in this context. UBO IDD and UBO IDD+ are intended for use in views that focus on businesses, rather than business owners.

8. Once you've added the columns you need, click OK to return to the view.
9. Click   to display the filter pane, and select the following filter options:
   • Is Screened Beneficial Owner
   • Yes
10. Click Apply. The list is now filtered to show you all screened UBOs and whether or not there is a risk alert against them. For example:
    

To view businesses with screened owners

You can use list-based views to see all of the businesses on your platform that have screened UBOs, and whether those UBOs have risk alerts against them.

1. Navigate to the Manage Third Parties list or a list-based user view.
2. Click  to access the column display options.
3. Drag the following columns from the 'Available Columns' list onto the blue 'Selected Columns' area:
   • UBO IDD   
   • UBO IDD+

5. Once you've added the columns you need, click OK to return to the list view.
6. In the list view, click   to display the filter pane. 
7. Select the filter options you require:
   • UBO IDD  >  Risk alert, No matched risks found, In progress  -  to display businesses that have UBO IDD results.
   • UBO IDD+  >  Risk alert, No matched risks found, In progress  -  to display businesses that have UBO IDD+ results.
   • Both of the above  -  to display businesses that have results for both UBO IDD  and  UBO IDD+.
8. Click Apply. The list is now filtered to show the results that you have selected. For example:
   

 The risk alerts displayed will be the highest level of alert that has been found for any of a business's screened UBOs. For example, if a company has 3 screened UBOs and only 1 of them has a risk alert, you will see a UBO risk alert against the company.

To view results for the UBOs of a specific third party:

1. After the UBO service has been ordered for a third party, go into the third party profile. By default, this opens on the Risk Summary tab, which displays a marker showing the highest level of risk alert that has been found for any screened UBO.
2. To view the risk alerts for each individual owner, select the Ultimate Beneficial Ownership tab. The ownership table is displayed, with the IDD / IDD+ columns showing any risk alerts that have been found. For example:
   
3. To view the detailed report for an individual owner:
   • Go to the View profile column (shown in the image above) and click .
   • The UBO profile is displayed. Select the Due Diligence tab.
   • In the Action column, click  and select whether you want to view or download the report.
