After the UBO service has been ordered for a third party, you can view the ownership structure and details from the Third Party profile. The following options are provided:
- Table view - lists all of the beneficiaries found, along with relevant information such as their country, type of ownership and degrees of separation.
- Chart view - a diagram of the ownership structure, showing relationships between owners and beneficiaries, and how they are connected to the third party.
- Individual profiles - these provide more details about individual beneficiaries, and any due diligence that has been run against them.
To view ownership details:

After the UBO service has been ordered for a third party, go into the third party profile and select the Ultimate Beneficial Ownership tab.

The Table view is displayed by default. You can sort on the column headers to get a quick view of the factors that are most important to you (e.g. country, beneficial ownership percentage, etc). For example:
- To find out more about an individual beneficiary, go to the View profile column and click
(as shown above).
- Click the Chart tab to view the ownership structure. For example:

to download the chart as a JPEG or PNG image, or to view a full-screen version.
To locate third parties that have ownership information:
If you don't know which third parties the UBO service has been ordered for, one way to find them is to use the event log:
- Select Event Log from the left-hand navigation pane.
- Click
to access the filters. Select the following filter options:
- Type: UBO
- Tags: SUCCESS
- Click Apply. The event log now lists all third parties for which the UBO service has been ordered. For example:
If you need to check on this type of information frequently, then you could also create a new user view of type 'Event Log' and set these filters on it. Your filter settings will be saved when you save the user view.
