Ordering Tcertification and ESGMetrics on EB360

Effective from 3.1 of EB360 you can now order Tcertification and ESGMetric products for your managed Third Parties on EB360.  Details of these products can be found here:

In essence they are high engagement Due Diligence exercises for your higher risk third parties. You will need to have had the products turned on for your account in advance.  Please contact [e-mail] if you have any queries on this.

Ordering Tcertification and ESGMetrics

Assuming you have subscribed to the product you can go to your third party and click configure (via the pen icon in the top right of the Third party details page).  The Tcertification and ESGMetrics products will be available under the available actions. 

In both cases when you select the product you need to select who will pay for the report. This can be your organisation or the supplier directly.  You also need to select whether you want this product to renew and be accurate over time. These options are available in a drop down when you order the product.

Once selected click Update.

Seeing the results of Tcertifications and ESGMetrics

When you order these products our Due Diligence Analysts will reach out to the suppliers and work with them to compile the report(s).  Based on the response rates this can take a few days.  Once complete the reports are uploaded to the platform.

You can see them under the Due Diligence tab in the Third Party details page, and in configurable columns in the Managed Third party lists. An example of this can be seen below.
