The Managed Third Party list feature in EB360 allows you to see all your third parties in a single list. You can select the columns that are displayed, including editing a number of their visual features such as width and position.
You can click on individual Third parties to see their full details.
Searching for third parties
You can use the search box in the top right to quickly locate a Third party (of which you know at least party of its name). If the view is prefiltered (using the filtering functions described below) then the search will work over the filtered list. As described below, by default this search box will NOT return archived third parties.
Filtering
A more detailed filter is also available (Use the filter button in the top right of the table) to select a more specific set of the Third Parties.
If you include the 'Action' in your table column you can select a number of third parties at the same time. When you do this the 'Actions' button becomes available from which you can order Due Diligence and DDQ actions on multiple third parties at the same time.
Searching for archived third parties
If you want to search for an archived third party, or over archived third parties, then:
- Add a filter to the view and add the 'Archived/Not archived' filter line, selecting 'All' or'Archived'.
- Add the partial or full name of the Third party as another condition, OR use the search box after you have applied the archive filter.
Note that just using the search box on its own without the filter will not return your archived third parties.
User defined Third Party List views
If there are particular types of third parties you want to track on a regular basis (for example high risk, or those that are yet to complete a DDQ, you can use the '+' button in the top right corner to create a new User defined Entities list view. Any filters you configure and save on these views are persisted over time.
Once you have a log of third parties and multiple types of screening, these user defined views will be essential for management of your suppliers in terms of risk and category.
