If training has been enabled on your EB360 platform, then you can order training in the same way that you would order any other service - for example, from the Manage Third Parties list:

Automated ordering
Training can also be ordered automatically when certain criteria are met. For example, your platform could be configured to order training whenever a new third party is onboarded, or when due diligence questionnaires are answered in a particular way.
Automated ordering of training is configured using the Action and Automation framework. This functionality is currently restricted to Ethixbase360 staff. If this is something you are interested in, please contact the Support team at Ethixbase360.
What happens when training is ordered?
When training is ordered for a third party, an email is sent to the main contact at that third party. The email contains a link to the assigned training course. The main contact can click the link to do the course themselves, or they can use the EB360 Supplier Portal to reassign the training to a more appropriate person within their organisation.
How do I keep track of training that's been ordered?
The EB360 team will create custom user views for you, so that you can monitor the status of all the courses you have ordered across all your third parties. Read more about this here: Viewing and Monitoring Ordered Training.
Troubleshooting - why can't I order training?
1. Platform configuration: Training is not included as a default part of EB360, it is added on demand. If your platform has not been configured to include training, then you will not be able to order it. Please check this with the person who is in charge of your EB360 platform.
2. Permissions: If training is enabled on your platform but you still can't order it, the next thing to check is your EB360 permissions. Ordering of training can be restricted based on user roles, so if your user role has not been grantd the necessary permissions, then you will not be able to order training. Please ask your platform administrator whether your user role has permission to order training.
