You can order due diligence services at any point during the third party life-cycle. During onboarding, you can order services from the third party profile. Once third parties have been onboarded, services can be ordered from:
- Third party lists (e.g. Manage Third Parties view or a list-based user view)
- Third party profile
This page explains how to order services manually, on-demand. Services can also be ordered automatically - e.g. when third parties are onboarded, when a risk is detected, or on a recurring date each year. This automated ordering is configured by Ethixbase360 staff. If this is something you are interested in, please contact the Support team at Ethixbase360.
What services can you order?

Troubleshooting: why can't I order services?
Your ability to order due diligence services is dependent on:
- The permissions granted to your user role.
- The services included in your platform subscription.
- The way your platform has been configured. For example, your platform may be configured to let you order certain services from the Third Party Profile, but not from list views (or vice versa).
If you find yourself unable to order services that you require, please contact your System Administrator for help.
