Viewing and Monitoring Ordered Training

You have 2 main options for viewing and keeping track of the training ordered on your EB360 platform. You can view training by:

• Third party - see all courses assigned to a specific third party.
• Course - see all third parties enrolled on a course.

Your platform can also be configured to notify you when a course has been assigned, completed, or is overdue. Currently, this configuration can only be done by Ethixbase360 staff. If this is something you are interested in, please contact the Support team at Ethixbase360.

View all courses assigned to a third party

You can view all training assigned to an individual third party from the third party's profile page:

1. Use the Manage Third Parties view to locate the third party you are interested in. Click on the third party name to open the profile page. 
2. Click on the 'Training' tab. All courses assigned to the third party are displayed:

Custom user views will be created for you by the EB360 team. You will have a separate view for each course on your platform, and this will allow you to see:

• Which third parties have been enrolled on the course.
• When training was requested and completed for each third party.
• The current status of the course for each third party.

To access your training views:

1. In the left-hand navigation pane, select User Views.
2. Scroll to locate the course view that you are interested in.
