An EB360 platform typically comes with a number of preconfigured system email notifications. For example, your EB360 platform may send emails to welcome new users, to remind third parties to complete due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) or to notify stakeholders when DDQs have been completed.
You cannot configure or edit these system notifications directly. However, if you have EB360 administrator permissions, you can view and edit the email templates that the notification messages are based on.
Note: System email notifications are not the same as event log-based notification schemes, which can be set up and configured by EB360 administrators.
