There are multiple ways to view your MSQv4 results, depending on what you are trying to achieve. The table below explains which part of the platform to go to, depending on what type of results you want to view:

Dashboards and custom user views
The EthixBase360 team will provide you with a personalized dashboard and a list-based summary view to help you visualize and understand the results of your MSQv4 questionnaires.
Your organisation may also have custom user views - for example, you might have a detailed list view that allows you to compare human rights and workforce risk across multiple third parties.
To view results from a dashboard or a custom view:
- In the left-hand navigation pane, select User Views.
- Scroll to locate the dashboard or list view that you wish to see:
- Select the view to display it. For example:
To view results from the Manage Third Parties list:
- In the left-hand navigation pane, select Manage Third Parties:
- The Manage Third Parties list is displayed, allowing you to check on the status of your questionnaires and compare risk across third parties:
To view results from the Third Party Profile page:
- In the Manage Third Parties list, locate the third party you are interested in.
- Click on the third party name to view the profile for that third party.
- Select the RISK SUMMARY tab to view the MSQv4 risk alerts and scores. For example:
- Select the QUESTIONNAIRES, POLICIES, COMMS & TRAINING tab to view any questionnaires that have been sent to the third party. For example:
- If a questionnaire has been completed, you can click on it to view the answers provided by the third party.
