By default for a given Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ), examples being the Modern Slavery Questionnaire (MSQ), and the Anti Bribery and Corruption Questionnaire (ABCQ), reminders are send to the supplier after 7 and 14 days if they have not yet completed it.
After these there are no other automated reminders. However the platform provides you features that allows you to send more reminders if you choose.
Sending individual reminders
You can send a reminder on a single instance of a DDQ via the Third Party page -> Questionnaires -> Selected questionnaire --> Action menu.
An example is shown below on the mid right of the screenshot under the actions menu
This will send a single email prompt to the contact (listed in the table) at the supplier to fill in the questionnaire. Note this does not include their credentials again, but will contain the URL.
To resend a contacts credentials go to the Details -> Contacts -> actions and select the reset password link. An example is shown below.
Sending bulk reminders
EB360 also offers the ability to send reminders to all suppliers who have not completed a selected DDQ. Note completed means it is in one the following states:
- In progress
- Not started
To do this go to the Managed Third party list and select the 'Act on all' button at the top of the list
This will provide you a list of actions that will apply on all active suppliers in your system. To send a prompt to complete a selected DDQ use the :
Send <DDQ Name> reminder to all entities that have not yet completed it
Where the DDQ name may be MSQ, ABCQ and so on. All the suppliers who have an incomplete will get a mail asking them to complete it.
All these actions are recorded in the event log
