You can build your own custom dashboards in EB360, using 'widgets' to display the data you want to see. This page lists all of the widgets that you can add to your dashboards.
Supplier-based widgets
- Third parties count - a simple box with the number of non-archived third parties in the platform.
- Third parties over time - a line chart plotting the total number of third parties added to the platform over time.
- Ongoing Monitoring Results - the number of monitoring alerts detected by the platform, and the number of third parties that have those alerts.
- Third Parties by country - a map with bubble plots, where the size of that bubble represents the number of third parties in that country.
- Perceived Risk Indicator Results - shows the distribution of third parties which have a given Perceived Risk Indicator result in a pie chart.
- Sanctions and Enforcements Results - a pie chart showing the which proportion of the third party population have each of the IDD risk results.
- IDD+ Results Pre-remediation - a pie chart showing the which proportion of the third party population have each of the IDD+ risk results BEFORE they have been remediated.
- Third Parties by country - a pie chart with the distribution of third parties by the country they were onboarded with.
- Instant Due Diligence PLUS - this a is a pie chart of the IDD+ results post remediation.
- Enhanced Due Diligence Results - the alert status of any Enhanced Due Diligence reports that have been ordered.
Questionnaire (DDQ) widgets
For each active DDQ in your platform there will also be a set of widgets:
- Number (of DDQs of that type) not started - the number of questionnaires of this type that have been sent out but not started by the respondent.
- Number in progress - the number of questionnaires of this type that have started but not completed.
- Number completed - the number of questionnaires of this type that have been completed.
- Number Cancelled - the number of questionnaires of this type that have been cancelled (ended by users of the platform).
- Number in progress - pause reminders - the number of questionnaires of this type that have started but not completed, and where the reminder emails have been turned off.
- Number Self Evidenced - the number of questionnaires of this type that have been marked as self evidenced because the respondent has sent through other supporting documentation.
- Number Declined / Refused - the number of questionnaires of this type that have been marked as declined / refused because the respondent has explicitly said that they will not fill it in.
- Multi select question answer - where questions have predefined answers to select from, there will be one widget per question showing the distribution of those answers. You can click on the bars to see which third parties have given a particular answer. There will be lots of these widgets per DDQ.
Training widgets
- Total Training registrations - total number of individual learners registered on all courses (i.e. the total number of training credits that have been used).
- [Course Name] Not Started - total number of third parties who have been sent a link to the named course, but have not started it yet.
- [Course Name] In progress - total number of third parties that have started the named course, but have not completed it yet.
- [Course Name] Completed - total number of third parties that have completed the named course.
Task widgets
The following task widgets are always available, whether or not tasks have been created on your platform:
- All Open Task Count - the total number of open tasks on your platform.
- All In Progress Tasks - the total number of 'in progress' tasks on your platform.
- All Completed Tasks - the total number of completed tasks on your platform.
Once tasks exist on the platform, the following widgets are also available:
- [Task Name] Open Task Count - the number of open tasks that were created from a given template.
- [Task Name] Open tasks based on Assignee - the total number of open tasks created from a specific task template, across all assignees.
- [Task Name] In progress Task - the number of 'in progress' tasks created from a given template.
- [Task Name] In progress tasks based on Assignee - the total number of in-progress tasks created from a specific task template, across all assignees.
- [Task Name] Completed Task Count - the number of tasks from a given template that have been completed.
- [Task Name] Completed Task Count with [Task outcome] - the number of times a specific task has ended with a particular outcome. For example, the number of times a third-party approval task has ended with third parties being approved.
- [Task Name] Distribution of Completed Tasks - the distribution of completed tasks for a given template, with each possible outcome.
- [Task Name] Created Date of Tasks - the date that tasks from a given template were created.
- [Task Name] Updated Date of Tasks - the date that tasks from a given template were last updated.
- [Task Name] Age of active tasks based on update date - the age of tasks from a given template that have not been completed yet.
Custom attribute Widgets
For each custom attribute that you have defined within your platform there is a corresponding dashboard widget available. The specific way that the data is represented and plotted is discussed below:
| TYPE | DATA | VISUALISATION |
|---|---|---|
| String | N/A - there is not sensible visualisation for a set of arbitrary strings | None |
| Double |
For each active (non-archived) TP with a value set for this bring in its value |
The data is shown as a scatter plot. When plotting the data we need to assume that the set of all double values for the third parties where this has been provided is of an arbitrary size, and has any number of possible values. But we can also assume that it has a minimum and maximum value (assuming it has at least one data point). So we plot the X-axis between the min and max and every value in between. We then use the Y axis as the number of Third parties with that value, I.E. the more than answered the further up the Y axis it goes. |
| Boolean | For each active (non-archived) TP with a value set for this bring in its value |
Bar chart, where each bar are the possible values of the custom attribute and the values are the count of Third parties who have that value selected for that Custom attribute |
| Date |
For each active (non-archived) TP with a value set for this bring in its value |
The data is shown as a scatter plot. When plotting the data we need to assume that the set of all date values for the third parties where this has been provided is of an arbitrary range, and has any number of possible values. But we can also assume that it has a minimum and maximum value (assuming it has at least one data point), I.E. an oldest date and a newest date. So we could plot the X-axis between the min and max and every value in between. We use the Y axis as the number of Third parties with that value, I.E. the more that answered the further up the Y axis it goes. |
|
List of Strings |
For each active (non-archived) TP with a value set for this bring in its value |
Can be displayed as a bar chart or a pie chart. Each bar or slice represents a possible value of the custom attribute. The size of the bar or slice reflects the number of third parties who have that value selected. |
|
Multi select list of strings |
For each active (non-archived) TP with a value set for this bring in ALL its values, I.E. if a TP has 3 values selected for this attribute then bring in all 3. |
Bar chart, where each bar are the possible values of the custom attribute and the values are the count of Third parties who have that value selected for that Custom attribute. If a Third party has selected many values then it will contribute towards many bars. |
| Country |
For each active (non-archived) TP with a value set for this bring in its value |
Map, where a dot is added to the map for each country where a third party has a value for that country custom attribute. Where multiple third parties have that value for the Country custom attribute the dot will be larger |
|
Multi Select Country |
For each active (non-archived) TP with a value set for this bring in ALL its values, I.E. if a TP has 3 values selected for this attribute then bring in all 3. |
Map, where a dot is added to the map for each country where a third party has a value for that country custom attribute. Where multiple third parties have that value for the Country custom attribute the dot will be larger. |
| User |
For each active (non-archived) TP with a value set for this bring in its value |
Bar chart, where each bar are the possible values of the custom attribute and the values are the count of Third parties who have that value selected for that Custom attribute |
|
Rating |
For each active (non-archived) TP with a value set for this bring in its value |
Bar chart, where each bar are the possible values of the custom attribute and the values are the count of Third parties who have that value selected for that Custom attribute |
|
Rating: 10-point scale |
For each active (non-archived) TP with a value set for this bring in its value |
This is a sub-type of the 'Rating' custom attribute. It can be displayed as a bar chart or an 'average rating' gauge. When displayed as an 'average rating' gauge, this is colour-coded as follows:
Note: This is widget can be used on MSQv4 dashboards to display the average risk score across third parties. |
