The Event log tracks all the significant events that occur on the EB360 platform over time. Events are arranged in chronological order, from most recent to oldest. When you log in to the platform, this a great place to go and see what has changed since you were last logged in. For example:

What events does the event log track?
The following events are logged for selected conditions in the platform.
Third party management
- New Third Party Added (not via bulk action)
- Bulk upload of third parties
- Third party skipped by bulk upload because it is a duplicate
- Verification of third party details (manually, by user)
- Auto-verification of third party details (includes success / fail status)
- Bulk action ordered on a set of third parties
- Custom attribute value updates, and by whom (this may be the system if updates are caused by a workflow)
- Third party saved (via its configuration page) and by whom
- New Associate added
- Associate removed
- Associate edited
- Screening not rerun (user changed associates but elected NOT to rerun screening).
- Contact updated, and by which user
- Contact deleted, and by which user
- Documents uploaded or deleted from a third party record
- Edit of a Third Party Name
- Edit of a Third Party alias
- Third parties archived
Users and user Management
- New user added to the platform
- Existing user removed
Platform and View management
- When a user view is added and by whom
- When a user view is deleted and by whom
- When a user view is edited and by whom
- When a custom attribute is added
- When a custom attribute is deactivated
- Email template was edited
Workflow
- When an action or automation is updated and by whom.
- When an Email is sent from user defined workflow email steps and templates
- Automation triggered
- Automation failed and why
- Action triggered
- 'Act on All' actions are triggered

- An email has been sent from a user defined email template

Custom event logs
Workflow designers can also create custom event logs using an ERAF system action, these will be specific to a platform. See the following for more details

Filtering for specific events
You can use the filters in the view to look for specific types of events, on selected third parties.
If these filtered views are of ongoing interest, you can create your own user defined Event log view via the Create new view button in the top right of the screen. Filters defined on user defined event log views will persist if you save the view.
