Once a Due Diligence questionnaire (DDQ, MSQ, ABCQ and so on) has been sent out its normal progression is expected to be:
Sent > Not Started > In progress > Completed
This assumes that the supplier gets the login credentials and the request to fill in the DDQ, does so then submits.
However there are some other ways in which a DDQ can transpire:
- Refused / declined, in this case the supplier actively writes back to you or ethiXbase and says they are not going to fill in the DDQ for some reason
- Self Evidenced, in this case the supplier comes back with an existing policy they have and says they believe this is enough. the platform provides a dialog when this state is selected to upload the document next to the status.
- Cancelled, this is generally because we get no answer, or maybe the wrong contact person has been connected to the DDQ and we reissue again to a new contact.
All these states can be sent on the DDQ directly on the platform by the users. the allowable transitions are as follows:

When you click edit you get the chance to change the status
