Premium Corporate Data (PCD)

The Premium Corporate Data (PCD) service provides a wealth of detailed company information to help you build a clearer picture of your third parties - for example, their industry sector, corporate structure and financial status. PCD is broken down into the following categories:

• Company details
• Principals
• Financial Information
• Corporate Linkage

The Premium Corporate Data service also includes ongoing daily monitoring. If changes are detected (e.g. if the company directorship or trading status changes) then the third party will be updated to reflect this. Changes are detailed in the 'Change log' section of the Premium Corporate Data tab on the third party profile. 

Company details

This includes things like alternate trading names, registration numbers, ownership type, number of employees and industry details. For example:

Principals

This section displays the key individuals associated with a company, and their roles (e.g. director, company secretary, etc). This may help you identify individuals for further screening. Here is an example:

Financial Information

Here you will see details such as yearly revenue, the company's primary currency and their growth rate. For example:

Corporate Linkage

This section reveals where a company sits within the overall corporate structure - e.g. whether it is a parent company or a subsidiary, who the Global Ultimate is, and where the headquarters are based. This key information can help you determine what level of due diligence is appropriate for the third party. An example:
